Position Summary


The Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while also assisting with various warehouse duties as needed.


This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires standing for extended periods, lifting products and boxes, and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders for shipment
  
  
• Ensure orders are accurate, neatly packed, and properly labeled
  
  
• Assemble boxes and prepare packing materials
  
  
• Restock products and packing stations throughout the shift
  
  
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory
  
  
• Perform inventory counts as requested
  
  
• Load, unload, move, and organize boxes and products within the warehouse
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  
  
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  
  
• Follow company safety, quality, and fulfillment procedures
  
  
• Work efficiently to meet daily order and shipping deadlines
  
  

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, shipping, or similar experience preferred, but not required
  
  
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Must be able to lift and move 30–50 lbs.
  
  
• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  
  
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, packing, and moving inventory
  
  
• Willingness to perform various warehouse duties based on daily operational needs
  
  
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Must be available to work weekends as needed during the holiday season
  
  
• Must be available to work Black Friday and December 24 and December 26, if scheduled
  
  

Schedule & Seasonal Duration

• Seasonal position during our peak holiday fulfillment period
  
  
• Morning/day shift with scheduled hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  
  
• Full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities may be available
  
  
• Hours and days may vary based on order volume and business needs
  
  
• Weekend availability is required as needed during peak periods
  
  
• Holiday peak availability is required, including Black Friday, December 24, and December 26, if needed
  
  
• Seasonal employees may be considered for future opportunities based on performance, attendance, and business needs
  
  

Compensation


$14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience.
