They must know how to play with lighting and have the eye for forgetting proper angles and must have a portfolio that they can share with us to see their works.
They must be self-sufficient and have a good character to feel comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment that is an automotive shop.
Equally as important, they must have very strong communication skills about what is occurring at the shoe and be able to take notes of what they have recorded for the editors to have all the context they need to get the proper edits done.
