Managing time effectively and independently to research carrier cases, understand trends, and provide a resolution. Identifying defect trends and working with partner teams to resolve their root causes. Documenting outcome of investigations clearly and succinctly. Maintaining accountability to attendance, productivity, and quality expectations while adapting to the changing requirements of the business.
