We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Task Force Director of Sales to lead and manage our sales initiatives in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the sales task force to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Ft Lauderdale market.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Task Force Director of Sales or similar sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.

• Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, and business development strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hotel environments
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel sales platforms
• Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or branded hotel experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed for task force assignments
