Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content (text, images, videos, audio, comments, etc.) to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines, including removing, flagging, or escalating it.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in content moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with team le and policy teams to provide feedback on community guidelines and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on changing policies, cultural sensitivities, and emerging online trends.
• Use internal tools to track moderation activity, report harmful content, and contribute to data accuracy.
• Handle sensitive, disturbing, or explicit content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
• Participate in training sessions and regular quality assurance reviews to maintain performance standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
