Sales District Leader

At Frito Lay Canada the Sales District Leader will lead a team of Sales Representatives to meet or exceed all sales objectives.

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed all Sales Objectives
- Staff, coach, train and motivate a team to improve selling techniques, service and route operations
- Responsible for promotional forecast accuracy and planning
- Grow the business by expanding distribution in new and existing accounts
- Implement all sales, marketing, merchandising and personnel programs through effective communication with Route Sales Representatives
- Conduct business reviews with key decision makers
- Maintain business control requirements including inventory and sales reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years sales experience with a consumer packaged goods or retail organization
- Minimum 2 years experience in a people leadership role with demonstrated ability to coach others
- Knowledge of a Direct Store Delivery system preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
