Remote Paralegal – U.S. Law Firm Support (PI/Family)

Virtual Staffing Careers is seeking an experienced paralegal with hands-on U.S. law firm experience to join our growing remote team. The role covers multiple practice areas, including Personal Injury, Family Law, Employment Law, Estate Planning/Probate, Elder Law, and Bankruptcy.

You will support attorneys, draft and review documents, manage discovery, e-filing, and case files, and communicate with clients and courts from a home-based office during U.S. business hours.
