Tyson & Mendes is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide remote support to firm employees nationwide. You will troubleshoot issues, determine solutions, and assist across locations and platforms including WAN/LAN, Office 365, and EDI communications.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a service desk role, an associate degree or higher in CS or a related field, and knowledge of ZenDesk/ServiceNow/FreshDesk. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
