Remote HR Coordinator
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level HR Coordinator in Austin, Texas. This position supports day-to-day human resources activities including employee records, onboarding, scheduling, recruiting coordination, HR documentation, and employee communications. Responsibilities- Support daily HR and administrative activities
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and employee onboarding schedules
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
- Prepare HR reports, forms, and internal documentation
- Respond to routine employee questions and requests
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and new-hire processes
- Update HR systems and employee databases
- Support benefits, attendance, and employee information processes
- Work with HR team members on special projects and process improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

- Previous HR experience is helpful but not required
