[Remote] 3rd shift - Overnight Financial Designer (Hand drawn digital Illustrations a must)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Financial Designer to support a remote, high-volume workflow for investment banking clients. The role creates and edits financial presentation materials, templates, covers, dividers, reputed company layouts, and graphics using reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company Creative Cloud, while coordinating deadlines and requirements with banking teams.

Responsibilities

• This position involves high-volume, fast-paced workflow and a diverse team working remotely. Projects are received and returned electronically. Some shifts use a workflow coordinator, however, all specialists are expected to assume responsibility for communicating with internal clients, proactively seeking solutions to issues that may arise, and reputed company the department’s workflow for themselves and other team members
• This position requires the use of MS PowerPoint suite and reputed company CC suite to create, design, layout, and edit templates, custom covers/dividers, individual reputed company layouts/graphics . The specialist ensures all materials produced meet client standards, communicates directly with banking teams to determine/negotiate deadlines, and confirms job instructions/design requirements
• Successfully interprets all directives given for a specific project
• Has a sense of urgency commensurate with the volume and speed of the workflow
• Successfully interprets requirements for work requests
• Estimates work request completion time by determining complexity and volume
• Prioritizes work requests based on completion estimates, urgency and company guidelines
• Practices professional phone and email etiquette
• Follow brand guidelines without becoming boring

Skills

• 5+ years of Digital Illustration ability (Hand drawing experience counts as well)
• Must clearly indicate the investment banks where you have previously worked
• Financial Presentation Experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Graphic Design Experience/Education
• Great Attention to Detail
• Great Assessment Performance
• Previous experience working in a Investment Bank is necessary
• Must have a portfolio along with resume for review
• This position requires the use of MS PowerPoint suite and reputed company CC suite to create, design, layout, and edit templates, custom covers/dividers, individual reputed company layouts/graphics
• Has 5+ years previous experience working in as a PowerPoint Designer
• Must have strong Digital Illustration capabilities (Hand drawing experience counts as well)
• Must posses Advanced Excel skills
• Must be a PowerPoint maven
• Possess a positive and strong customer-service attitude
• Has familiar with reputed company CC Suite (Acrobat Pro/CC, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Location: Remote - 5 days a week from home
• Hours: Thursday night thru Sunday night 12am - 10am
• Ad Agency Experience
• Video Editing Experience
• 3d Modeling Software Experience in programs like Blender
• Design ability and knowledge of Financial Services industry strongly preferred
