Recruiter for Candidate Screening

We need a recruiter to help screen candidates for a full-time remote role. You will review applications, conduct initial interviews, and recommend the best candidates for further consideration. The ideal freelancer has experience managing recruitment workflows, communicating clearly with applicants, and identifying strong fits for remote positions. This is a short-term project with potential for ongoing collaboration if the partnership is successful. A big part of this role will also be communicating the vision of the company, screening candidates to bring them on to do a great job with us.

We are a small, fast growing, VC backed AI startup spun out of MIT. This role has the possibility to turn into a full time position with us.
