OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in cold calling within the real estate industry, along with prior experience working with Australian clients or companies.

You will play a key role in generating and qualifying le, engaging potential buyers, sellers, and investors, and booking appointments for the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Identify and qualify buyers, sellers, and investors
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Set appointments and manage follow-ups
• Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and call outcomes
• Maintain consistent activity levels and meet KPIs

MUST HAVE SKILLS: Real Estate Cold Calling Experience (Required): Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on cold calling experience in the real estate industry

Australian Market Exposure (Required): Experience working with Australian clients or companies (any role or industry)

Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent

Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate and qualify le

CRM & Tools: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and dialers

Sales Skills: Strong objection handling, persuasion, and appointment-setting skills

Availability: Willing to work in Australian time zones and meet KPI

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

• Stable internet connection (Minimum 20 MBPS) with backup connection
• Laptop/PC with updated OS (Core i5 or higher) + Backup device
• Heet with clear microphone
• Noise-free work environment during work hours
• Willingness to use Time Doctor for productivity tracking
• Not currently employed full-time elsewhere
