Required: Bachelor of Science or Masters Degree qualifications in MEP Engineering or Related area. Solid hands on track record of five or years or more work experience and success in MEP Construction Management for complex luxury developments at Senior Executive level. Skillsets: Strong skillset related to the planning, organizing and mobilizing of resources, manpower and systems to create and execute an efficient and effective work flow and project management process. Excellent technical skills required to support a sound procurement process, resource coordination and risk management. Keen financial skills including budgeting and cost control. Strong skills in the interpretation of architectural plans for the direction of MEP work and liaison with the design team. Keen orientation to detailed quality control and oversight of standards to ensure quality construction. Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills Excellent communicator and team leader Flexible Results-oriented Strong work ethic and personal drive Strong sense of timely responsiveness Good working knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Office Suite and Budgeting/Scheduling Software.
