German Brand Growth Lead – SEO, Content & PR

HeliosX is seeking a brand marketer to own the MedExpress brand positioning in Germany. You will lead content, SEO, digital PR, and partnerships, working closely with a German Copywriter and local agencies to drive acquisition. You’ll set strategy, edit copy, and ensure on-brand, compliant output.

The role requires native German writing, fluent English, CMS hands-on ability, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Medical teams.
