Key requirements:

Strong motion and social-first design skills (Adobe Suite + After Effects)

Experience working with creative automation / DCO workflows

Ability to design modular assets and template systems for large-scale campaign rollouts

Deep understanding of platform-native formats and performance-led creative

Portfolio that demonstrates DTC / performance marketing thinking

Freelance Digital Creative / Performance Social WriterSeeking a writer who can translate big brand campaign ideas into high-performing social content.

Key requirements:

Proven experience writing performance-led social scripts and concepts

Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks and conversion-focused narratives

Comfortable working within high-volume, modular content systems

Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Meta and YouTube

Experience collaborating closely with designers/editors on visual-first social content
