ESL Instructor – Flextime Work

Job Description:

• Teach ESL to Canada-bound adult students
• Prepare online learning materials and resources
• Conduct assessments of student progress
• Maintain student engagement through interactive lessons
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs

Requirements:

• Speaks English at an idiomatic level
• Canadian citizenship
• Bachelors degree from a Western or English-speaking institution
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi), webcam, and heet
• Minimum availability of 15 hours/week during peak times: Sunday-Thursday: 5 pm-8 pm ET Monday-Friday: 5 am-11 am ET
• Punctual, reliable, and immediately available to start
• Willingness to adjust schedules for Daylight Saving Time changes
