Responsibilities
Outreach to new union members that need to enroll in the our program
Help create plans that are custom to each client
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Perform necessary administrative functions
Enroll clients within our niche market into exclusive programs for our union and association members
Manage the accounts for the union and association members
Provide outstanding customer service in response to customer account questions
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
