What I need is a second set of expert eyes: verify the categorization, correct anything that's off, and perform full reconciliation of all bank, credit card, and payment accounts for 2025 against statements so the year is tax-ready. After that, ongoing monthly bookkeeping — categorization and reconciliation across all accounts.
You must be QuickBooks certified with real ecommerce experience across platforms like WooCommerce and eBay, including payment processor payout reconciliation.
Please include in your proposal: how many storefronts and processors you've reconciled before, a flat fixed-fee quote to review and reconcile 2025, and a separate flat monthly quote for ongoing work. Proposals without both flat quotes won't be considered.
