Summary:
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with an established entertainment business with multiple venues seeking a dynamic Ticketing Director to lead and develop its ticketing operations. This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, aiming to deliver seamless ticketing experiences, support business growth, and champion a customer-first culture.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the ticketing, box office, customer service, and group sales functions across all venues.
- Oversee ticketing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continual process improvement.
- Drive and implement operational and strategic initiatives to meet business goals.

- Work closely with senior teams across data, marketing, and new business to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal contracts, and data/privacy regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with ticketing system providers and third-party agents.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the ticketing function.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven senior-level experience in ticketing or operations within the entertainment or live events industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Commercially minded with experience in financial oversight, forecasting, and budget management.
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems and third-party tech partners.
