CRM Executive / Telecaller – Overseas Recruitment

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Overseas Recruitment Team as CRM Executives / Telecallers. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals with backgrounds in overseas recruitment, particularly in the Healthcare and Oil & Gas sectors, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), tele calling, or overseas consultancy.

Selected Candidates Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities.
• Provide accurate information on job vacancies, eligibility criteria, and recruitment procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate records within the CRM system.
• Ensure timely communication and professional support to candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Mandatory)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory)
