We're building an 8-figure dialing operation, and the first hires get in on the ground floor. We're hiring hungry cold callers / appointment setters to call warm and cold real estate le and book appointments for our agents. Pay: $150 per qualified appointment + $1,550 per closed deal from your lead. No cap on earnings. Requirements: - 18 or older - Clear phone voice and confident on the phone - Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace - Available during Eastern daytime hours - Part-time to start, full-time available for top performers To apply: submit a one-minute voice recording introducing yourself and telling us why you'd be great at this.
