Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
- Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, and supplies to keep the bar fully prepared
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Support food runners with timely delivery of food items from kitchen to tables
- Handle basic food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or assembling simple bar snacks when needed
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is a plus
- Experience in hospitality environments like hotels or cafes enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures is beneficial
