Area Operations Lead - Entry Level

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an entry-level, full-time Operations Associate in Indiana to lead a team of hourly employees across our network. The job involves standing/walking, on-floor conversations, and shifts up to 12 hours. You’ll mentor 50–100 Associates, handle deliveries, and operate pallet jacks/PIT equipment as needed.

Expect nights, weekends, and holidays with a fixed 4‑day work week. Competitive base pay ($65,200–$75,000) and comprehensive benefits enhance the role.
