Position: Technical Writer, Cybersecurity OT
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months+
5+ years of experience authoring cybersecurity or IT SOPs, Detailed Job Instructions, and controlled standard-work documentation.
Strong experience translating complex engineering processes into clear, executable instructions for L1/L2 operators and site personnel.
Background in OT, industrial cybersecurity, manufacturing, or industrial environments strongly preferred.
Experience managing document lifecycles, including templates, version control, peer review, approvals, controlled publication, and document repositories.
Must be skilled in SME interviews, requirements gathering, technical editing, and coordinating multiple documents concurrently.
Technical familiarity preferred with Nozomi, Zscaler OT remote access, CyberArk OT remote access, OT asset inventory, access controls, media protection, backup and recovery, CMMC, audit remediation, and ServiceNow.
