Job Title: OpenAI Platform Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Responsibilities:
Org, workspace, and project boundaries mirroring the Anthropic topology where the platform permits, documented where it cannot
SAML SSO with domain verification, and SCIM 2.0
Harden RBAC and custom roles, IP allowlisting, retention, app enablement, and GPT Actions domain allowlisting
Maintain the platform-parity gap register: every control OpenAI cannot match, with its compensating control
Must have:
Current hands-on ChatGPT Enterprise administration: SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and compliance log export
Has built an OpenAI Enterprise Compliance API integration into a SIEM or DLP platform
Knows the workspace admin surface and platform.openai.com are distinct systems - conflating them creates real coverage gap
